Why did my order come up as fraud? Why was my order cancelled?

Our system is equipped with a fraud analysis. It keeps both us and our customers safe from online fraud. If your order is marked by our system's fraud analysis it is due to some of the following indicators:

  • Billing street address doesn't match credit card's registered address
  • Location of IP address used to place the order isn't available
  • Distance between shipping address and location of IP address isn't available
  • Card Verification Value (CVV) is incorrect
  • Billing address ZIP or postal code doesn't match the credit card's registered address
  • There was several payment attempts

If your order is marked as "fraudulent", we will have to cancel the order and you would need to try again. Your payment will be credited to your original form of payment and you will be notified via email linked with the order.
