My tracking hasn’t updated in a few days. Is my order lost?Updated a year ago

Frequently, we see our carriers not update the tracking but the good news is, we almost always see orders like this still moving through our carriers’ systems. If your order is shipping USPS, it typically takes a few business days for USPS to scan the package after they receive it. If it’s been 7 business days without an update or if your order has passed its delivery window based on the shipping you selected (time listed below), our customer service reps will be able to look into it for you. Shipping times are as follows:

  • USPS First Class Package | 3-7 business days (M-F) AFTER ship date.
  • USPS Priority Mail | 2-5 business days (M-F) AFTER ship date.
  • UPS® Ground | 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) AFTER ship date.
