The item I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order?

We do not pre-order items. If you see that an item is out of stock you can reach out to us at [email protected] to inquire about when the item may be restocked. What does 'closeout' mean?

A closeout item is an item that we will no longer be carrying. We have marked the item price down to sell what is remaining in our stock. It’s a ‘once its gone, its gone’ kind of item. So if you see a closeout item you want, don't wait...go ahead and snag it while you still can!!

I want to exchange but the size/color is out of stock. Can I choose a different size/color?

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase; your satisfaction is our top priority.

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

All custom orders are not refundable.

If you purchased an item that didn’t work out for you, and now it’s not available in the size/color that you originally ordered, we would be happy to exchange for a different color or size. Just reach out to us at [email protected]
