Our Warranty Policy

We stand behind our products and promise to make apparel that’s as durable and sustainable as possible. However, we can only exchange the item(s) that have been affected by a manufacturing defect within the timeline of 30 days of your original purchase date. We apologize we can not offer a lifetime warranty at this time but we encourage all orders to be looked over before the 30 days expires.

What’s Not Covered

  • Rips, punctures, and burns (e.g., fishing, campfire) caused from normal wear 
  • Products that shrink or are damaged when laundered contrary to our care instructions
  • Damage resulting from animals
  • Accidental damage, including the use of sharp blades when opening packages
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged while traveling 


The Replacement Process


To receive an exchange for an item that was

  1. Damaged by a manufacturing error 
  2. Not caused by the reasons mentioned above under "What's Not Covered"
  3. Is within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Please contact customer service at ([email protected]) with a description and photos of any defect you have with an item. Appropriate arrangements will be made. 

If your item is qualified for an exchange, a return label will be provided for you and the item will be exchanged as soon as the damaged/defective item is returned to us. 


**Please noteIf your product has been updated, you will be sent the latest version. If your product is out of stock or has been discontinued, you will receive store credit for the current purchase price. We are unable to provide refunds to the original form of payment.
