I forgot to add the promotional item to my order. Can I still get it?Updated a year ago

Once your order is processed, we are unable to make any edits or adjustments. This includes adding a promotional item to an order. If you placed an order in the last 12 hours without the promotional item(s) added, please contact us and we will do our best to get that canceled and refunded. After that, you can take another stab at placing your order with the correct promotional item(s) included.
