How will my order ship and how long will it take?Updated 2 years ago
Once an order is placed, we ship it out as fast as we can! Orders will take 2-4 business days to ship out. Please note some designs are made to order and may take a little longer. Once your order is processed through shipping and a label has been made the shipping rate you selected will then go into effect.
We ship all orders out of our Greenville, South Carolina distribution Fin Center using USPS and UPS for economy/standard shipments. What the Fin cannot guarantee delivery times once orders leave our distribution center. Delays are possible with the carrier during transit.
Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
Our typical shipping times are as follows:
| USPS First Class Package | Orders will ship within 2-4 business days. Transit times range from 3-7 business days once the order has shipped. Alaska, Hawaii and the West Coast may experience longer shipping times. |
USPS Priority Mail | Orders will ship within 2-4 business days. Transit times range from 2-5 business days once the order has shipped. Alaska, Hawaii and the West Coast may experience longer shipping times. |
UPS® Ground | Orders will ship within 2-4 business days. Transit times range from 1-3 business days once the order has shipped. Alaska, Hawaii and the West Coast may experience longer shipping times. |
