How do I return/exchange a gift?Updated a year ago

So you got a What the Fin gift you want to return or exchange? Please contact us with your order details at [email protected] If you don’t have the order number on the order, no worries! Please provide us with the first name, last name and/or email of the person who sent you the gift, if possible.  

Once we have as much information about the original order we will look for the order information or get in touch with you to get more details on how you would like to make an exchange/return. In case you missed it, we are only able to accept gift returns if we can find the order number and if the item was purchased directly through What the Fin.
