Can I return an in-store purchase online?Updated a year ago

What The Fin has dealer locations across the country and even over seas. If you make a purchase from one of these many great locations and there is an issue with your item we would be happy to process an exchange for you.

There are a few locations that carry our products with custom designs for their store/location. If the item is purchased from one of these partners and has a custom logo on it we will not be able to return or exchange these items.

If the item is not customized in any way, is unused and still in new condition we would be happy to help you return or exchange it. We do have to have an address or email associated with your order with the way our online return portal works. Contact us at [email protected] and send us your current mailing address or email and we will get the process for your return started.

As a reminder, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on final sale or closeout items. Also, you will be responsible for any shipping costs.
